Scope of these terms

Lumikraft Mercantile is a sole proprietorship registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra and trading online as Lumikraft Mercantile. Any use of this site — browsing or ordering — accepts these terms and the linked policies. Please do not use it otherwise.

Registration

You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your login. Report any unauthorised access to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

Prices, currency and payment

Every price is quoted in Indian rupees with applicable tax included. We hold no GST registration as turnover is below the threshold, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN exists. Orders are paid by UPI or Cash on Delivery; cards are not accepted.

We may change prices and stock at any time. If a price was wrong, you will hear from us before dispatch and can either accept the correction or cancel for a full refund.

Order confirmation

Confirmation is acknowledgement, not acceptance — the contract begins when the goods leave us. Orders may be declined for stock that has run out, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or details we cannot verify.

Content and trademarks

Copy, layout, photography and branding on this site are the property of Lumikraft Mercantile unless noted otherwise. Third-party product names and marks stay with their owners and appear here only to describe an item. Commercial reuse of site content requires our written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Lumikraft Mercantile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any other liability Indian law will not permit to be excluded, are unaffected.

Law and courts

These terms fall under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
