From our bench to the courier

Pendant and sconce shades ship in their own compartment, separated from the body and the arm by a board divider. Floor lamp poles travel in a long carton with the base packed flat beneath them. Under-cabinet strips and night lights go out in their retail packaging inside a padded liner, and any glass element is wrapped individually before the outer carton is closed.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that evening’s pickup, and anything after the cut-off is packed the next working morning. Six dispatch days a week, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Where we deliver

Orders leave Mumbai, Maharashtra for serviceable PIN codes anywhere in India. A small number of remote PIN codes are not served by our courier partners, and checkout tells you before you pay rather than after.

Everything is sold online; we do not run a shop and cannot offer pickup.

Shipping cost

Spend ₹999 or more and delivery costs nothing. Below the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 anywhere in India. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, and there is no separate handling, fuel or packing fee.

Time in transit

Counting from dispatch, most orders take three to five business days to a metro and five to nine elsewhere in India. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

These are not guaranteed dates. Courier networks slow down for weather, strikes and holidays, and no retailer can promise otherwise.

Tracking

The moment your parcel is collected, a tracking link is sent by email and SMS. The Track Your Order page accepts the same reference. Should tracking stall for three working days, write to [email protected] and we will take it up with the courier.
