Cancellations
Cancelling is free until pickup
There is no cancellation charge before dispatch. After the courier has it, our returns policy takes over.
Cancelling an order
Contact [email protected] with the order number before the order leaves processing, a window of 1 to 2 business days. There is no cancellation fee, and a prepaid order is refunded in full to the original UPI handle or bank account within 5 to 7 business days, in line with Reserve Bank of India settlement timelines.
After the parcel leaves
We cannot retrieve a parcel from the courier network. Either refuse delivery or accept it and return it under our returns policy. A Cash on Delivery order that is refused before delivery costs you nothing.
Our right to cancel
There are times we have to cancel, such as damaged stock, a mispriced listing, or an unverifiable order. We give the reason and refund the whole amount, delivery charge and all.
Partial cancellation
If an order has several items and only one is still available, we can cancel the unavailable line and ship the rest. Say which you would prefer when you write in, and we will not decide it for you.
Refunds on cancellation are processed within 5 to 7 business days and no cancellation charge is ever applied.
